Sorting messages
You use your Webmail folders to group and store your email messages. For example, you can create a folder to contain all messages regarding a
particular project. Your mailbox also has some special folders:
- Inbox - new messages are placed when they arrive and unfiled messages are also stored here
- Trash - messages you have deleted are placed here and removed from the system when you log out of ourbrisbane.com
- Sent-mail - contains copies of messages you have sent
Storage capacity
You can store 20
MB of information in your ourbrisbane.com mailbox. The amount of space you have used is indicated by the Quota bar on the left side
of the Webmail window, above your folder list.
